Frequently Asked Questions

What is Psychedelic Radical?

Psychedelic Radical is a trauma-informed practice that offers integration coaching, breathwork, and education for individuals exploring non-ordinary states of consciousness. It is designed for survivors, seekers, and dreamers — especially those healing from trauma, silencing, and complex life experiences.

Is this therapy or clinical treatment?

No. Psychedelic Radical is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis intervention. It is a companioning practice — a safe, relational space to reflect, integrate, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom. Many clients work with therapists alongside this support.

What are “non-ordinary states of consciousness”?

These are expanded states of awareness that go beyond ordinary waking consciousness. They may be accessed through psychedelics, deep breathwork, meditation, or intense emotional/spiritual experiences. They often carry healing potential — but can also surface challenging material. That’s why integration support matters.

What kind of psychedelic experiences do you support?

Preparation and integration support for a variety of psychedelic experiences, including:

  • Cannabis-assisted journeys

  • Ketamine sessions (medical or ceremonial)

  • Psilocybin (mushrooms)

  • MDMA

  • Breathwork-induced expanded states

We do not provide or administer any substances.

What is Neurodynamic Breathwork?

Neurodynamic Breathwork is a guided practice using conscious breathing, music, and safe space to access expanded states of awareness. It can support emotional release, nervous system regulation, personal insight, and deep connection — all without the use of substances.

Do I need to have had a psychedelic experience to work with you?

Not at all. Many clients come for integration support, breathwork, and/or to explore inner healing. This space is open to anyone curious about trauma-informed integration, slowing down, or reclaiming their relationship with self.

Is this religious or affiliated with a specific belief system?

No. This work honors the sacredness of your own experience — without imposing dogma, hierarchy, or spiritual bypassing. All worldviews are welcome, as long as they align with mutual respect and consent.

Who is this for?

Designed for:

  • Survivors of domestic violence or sexual trauma

  • People exploring psychedelics outside clinical systems

  • People feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or unsupported on their healing path

  • Curious, committed seekers ready to reconnect with their body, breath, and truth

What does a consultation or session look like?

Every person arrives with a unique story — there’s no one-size-fits-all path here. Our first step is a free 20-minute consultation to connect, explore intentions, and see if this feels like a good alignment.

From there, sessions unfold in a way that honors your pace, needs, and inner guidance.

Depending on what you’re navigating, a session may include:

  • Review Intake Process: trauma history, medical history, recording baseline

  • Education and resourcing around non-ordinary states of consciousness, how substances work, what to expect, what it isn’t

  • A soft entry into integration or preparation intentions dialogue

  • Consent: Layered, trauma-informed, ongoing

There’s no pressure to perform or process anything you’re not ready for. This is a space for curiosity, consent, and connection — wherever you are in your journey.
